

It’s Been Awhile
It’s been about 2 1/2 years since I’ve written. As I look back over time, a lot has happened to create shifts and push growth within.

Presence and Compassion
What if meditation not only brings us into deep presence with Spirit, our inner guru and full truth, but also is the tool for us to handle the knowing without fear? Pretending away our deepest yearnings leads to other ‘problems’ that can become a distraction to keep us busy.

Happiness Found : Lift Yourself
Earlier this morning I heard “happiness found” described as “a little lift”. I heard this shortly after I had felt compelled to just step out on my front stoop and look at the glittering snow.

Play with Imagination
Your brain responds to imagined stimuli. Develop your relationship with imagining, so that you may consider a reality that is different from the one you’re perceiving right now.

Be What You Need
Take a moment of stillness and just drop fear and worry to the bottom of the heap, and let gratitude rise to the top. Picture for yourself, in detail, what it would take to be full of what you need

Transition
What stage of transition are you in? If you are feeling tangled and crooked, what do you imagine would shift that? If you are in expansion, what do you do to celebrate and embody it?

Your Inner Guru
I’m nobody’s guru. My favorite thing is bridging that gap to trusting that they are their own best guru. Your inner guru is there under the surface all the time.

What's Your Body Say?
How often do you listen to what your body has to say? Are you aware of not only your habitual holding patterns that may cause stress, but how your emotions feel in your body?

You Are Not Shackleton
Here's the thing, you do not have to figure it out all by yourself. Just like Shackleton, most of us have support at hand if we'd only ask.
