How would settling feel?
“I don’t know what to do anymore.”
“My life isn’t working the way it used to.”
“If I’m really honest ... things have never really felt good. I’ve never felt at home in my own life.”
I’m here. (And I’m curious.)
I can tell you this for sure: you are not alone.
We all have times in our lives where we hit the limits of our current resources. And it is so, so very tempting to try to find the book, or the person, or the system, that gives you the bullet points from here to happiness.
The thing is, you know it doesn’t really work like that. If it did, you would have found it by now.
But it is absolutely possible to feel better. Grounded. Yourself. That strong, resilient version of yourself that’s powered from within, not held together with a laundry list of lifehacks.
It won’t be perfect. You’ll still get upset. Life will still be life.
But your orientation to it will be entirely different. And you’ll know how to get back to balance when things do happen. And over time, there’s less ... flipping out ... screaming at your kids ... finding yourself in freeze with no clear way out ... and more calm. More safety. Less reaction. More choice.
Also: to be clear, this isn’t entirely a you problem. (Or it might not be a you problem at all.)
The systems in which we live play a huge role in how we respond to the world around us. The pressure to always be “doing more” isn’t just in your head. It’s in the systems we live inside—capitalism, white supremacy, productivity culture, and the legacy of trauma many of us carry in our bodies.
I name this not to overwhelm, but to create relief. You are not the problem. (Or you are. Either way, the systems in which you live still affect you.)
Your body is wise. Your energy and rhythms matter. The pace that’s right for you is often slower than the world expects—and it’s exactly what allows transformation to take root.
Together, we can gently shift how you meet yourself inside all of this.
We do this through:
Noticing: which often starts with learning to really listen rather than subverting the impulses and reactions that we've learned to mask to get along and please others. We do this through reconnecting with the body/energy and learning what our nervous system states feel like.
Settling: once noticing becomes more fluent, this information helps us learn what settles us, so that we can respond more as we'd wish, rather than being driven by unconscious patterns.
Deepening: when all of that becomes fluid, we say what we mean and ACT ACCORDINGLY, rather than simply reacting to the people or circumstances around us. We drive deeper connections with ourselves and others as we continue our practice.

Sometimes, ongoing personal transformation work is too much to add to your plate. That doesn’t mean a dose of support to give presence to what’s hard and receive tools for well-being aren’t needed.
$100/session, prepaid. Click to book a single session. -
Once per month I open a portion of my schedule for free 30-minute support sessions.
Times are tough, and while this is the work that puts groceries on my table, I also value that for some there is no room in the budget for paid support. That doesn’t mean it isn’t necessary, probably more now than ever. These are no stress drop-ins for some settling and soothing. Click here to book in.
“The verbalization of my inner thoughts allowed some mental roadblocks to fall away, and I allowed myself to non-stressfully go with my inner flow of intuitions and desires.”
